G20: Foreign Ministerial meeting – Matera declaration on food security, nutrition and food systems. A call to action in the time of the Covid – 19 pandemic and beyond

 

The G20 is the international forum that brings together the world’s major economies. Its members account for more than 80% of world GDP, 75% of global trade and 60% of the population of the planet.

Italy holds the Presidency in 2021.

The Italian Presidency will focus on three broad, interconnected pillars of action: People, Planet, Prosperity.

The Foreign and Development ministerial meetings will take place in Bari, Matera and Brindisi from 28 to 30 June 2021.
